Bridal Party Stuff

We each have eight guys/girls.

Attire

For the girls I really wanted short and dupioni silk. I found a few Watters dresses that I've selected and I'm letting them narrow it down to 2 or 3 and then they can pick whichever one they like best! Can't wait to see what they pick!
As for the guys, we haven't selected the exact look but it will be white shirts, gold vest & ties for the guys and a white shirt and ivory vest & tie for the groom.

Update: All 9 of my girls chose from Jim Hjelm short dresses in various styles. They were all ordered in Slate silk shantung.

The boys

My FI has chosen a three button tuxedo. Everyone will have white shirts, the groomsmen will be wearing gold vests and ties and FI will be wearing an ivory vest and tie. The dads will wear black vests and ties.


I made my brother (one of the groomsmen) and my FI model them for me :)


(And yes my "baby" brother is extremely tall!!)






We had a hard time deciding between the two colors but once we took a picture we knew that the Gold (Right) was going to be much better than the harvest Gold.

Bridal party Gifts

So far, I've made the girls earrings and hair flowers (Under DIY). I'm also going to make necklaces and maybe bracelets. I purchased blue & white tote bags. I'm either going to make or find some kind of name or initial tags or keychains to go on each one. I've also put together little "day of" kits with things like tylenol, tissues, deoderant, shout wipes and more. I believe I'm going to either make or buy them little makeup bags for that to go in. I also bought them gold flip flops to change into for the reception.
I might gift them their nails but I haven't decided yet.
